Account Setup and Registered Email

We set up your account once payment has been received and the order has been reviewed by us and/or our payment partners for potential fraud.

Email requirement

• You must provide a valid email address that you can access.
• This email is our main way of contacting you about your account, including billing, service updates and any misuse of the service.
• It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date. To change it, contact our support team.

Fraud Prevention and Security Checks

To keep accounts and payments secure, we may ask for additional verification on orders that look high-risk.

• We may ask you to confirm that you are the holder of the payment method used.
• Orders that do not pass verification may be treated as fraudulent and refused.
• Providing false contact information of any kind may result in immediate termination of your account.
